Carcinoma in bladder diverticulum is a relatively rare disease. We report a case of a 43 –year-old male with macroscopic hematuria. Based on bimanual examination, ultrasonography and cystoscopy with biopsy was diagnosed a bladder diverticulum associated with carcinoma. It was treated with partial cystectomy, pelvic linfadenectomy and instillation of BCG intravesical. Follow up is been made with quarterly cystoscopies, whithout recurrences until now. The authors present a review of the literature.
