Summary

The urolithiasis during the pregnancy is a pathology of risk. The correct way to establish the diagnosis and the therapeutics of this pathology includes several medical specialities. As such, it is important the involvement of intensive care unit specialist, the gynecologist, the obstetrician, the infections disease specialist, the radiologist and the urologist. In the present paper it is presented an up-to-date revision on the urinary lithiasis in the pregnancy.
