Summary
The use of mammography in large scale has been identified a great number of benign non palpable breast lesions. Indiscriminate biopsies of benign non palpable breast lesions have been increased the number of unnecessary surgeries. A practical guide is presented with the intention of standardizing the non palpable breast lesions, identifying their characteristics, morphology and parameters for the biopsy indication or clinical following.
