Summary

There are many different gastrointestinal manifestations in colagenosis, since inespecific symptoms such as nausea and vomiting till vasculitic phenomena and pseudo-obstruction, which may have poor outcome. In this text the author discusses the main differencial diagnosis and autoimmunity of the digestive tract in rheumatic diseases.
